This new guide is for people who employ and manage their own care and support staff, and for their staff (often known as personal assistants). The funding is accessible to people who have a direct payment arrangement with their local authority, a personal health budget or those who fund and arrange their own care, who might be seeking guidance on training and training resources.  Please can you share within your organisations and make the guide available through your front facing web pages?  This may be particularly useful for social workers and others advising people who manage their own budgets as well as self-funders.
