As part of our Training Hub offer, we support with workforce planning, upskilling members of the practice team, apprenticeships, recruitment and retention of the practice team, sharing information and training offers, general advice and support and we cover all localities in the Birmingham and Solihull area.
Our aim is to support practices and PCNs with embedding the new additional roles, workforce planning, understanding the needs of the locality and providing support for this and discussing training opportunities.
