This workshop is for services in the Midlands providing support to people with a learning disability and autistic people.Objectives of this workshop:

• Provide an overview of the use of positive behavioural support (PBS), how to access accredited training and possible funding
• An overview of Active Support: find out more about this way to work with people with a learning disability, autism or both, to promote independence. Learn how this could help improve outcomes for the people you support as well as raising team skills and fulfilment.
• Promoting independence: How could a phone-based digital banking app help people with a learning disability?  What do you think would be important for this to be successful?
