Please find below the dates for our Multi–Disciplinary Managing Dysphagia Workshops in 2026.
Our Managing Dysphagia Workshop aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff members working with service users who have dysphagia, through multi-disciplinary input from Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics and Psychology.
This training is currently free of charge. However, due to high demand, we require that any places reserved for staff are taken up. Charges may be applied for future sessions if attendance requirements are not met.
Training is only available for carers/care providers who work with people with learning disabilities.

Time: 9.30- 3.00pm
Important Information
· You must be willing to release staff for the day to attend the Managing Dysphagia Workshop.
· We accept only 3 BOOKING PLACES from the same organisation for EACH workshop.
· Our training places are a premium resource, and we endeavour to optimise allocation of places. Please ensure that any places reserved are taken up by your staff and they attend on time. If staff do not attend or arrive too late to be admitted, then opportunity to reserve future free training places will be at risk.

Once training places have been confirmed, a training confirmation letter will be sent to your organisation.
