Calling all current and aspiring DPPs! Birmingham and Solihull Pharmacy Faculty and the Training Hub have organised an event on Designated Prescribing Practitioners (DPPs) for Pharmacists. We are eager to hear from those of you with experience as DPPs, as your insights would be invaluable. Additionally, we aim to foster a community for those interested in becoming DPPs—a space where we can learn together, share experiences, and promote good practice. Movember is an annual event that encourages men to grow moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues, particularly prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health challenges. The term "Movember" is a blend of "moustache" and "November." The campaign not only highlights the importance of regular health check-ups but also seeks to reduce the stigma surrounding men's health issues, especially mental health and suicide prevention.
