What to do if you have a complaint

Birmingham and Solihull Training Hub, hosted by South Doc Services, is committed to providing a quality service by working in an open and accountable way that builds trust and respect. One of the ways in which we can continue to improve our service is by listening and responding to the views of our workforce and other stakeholders. We aim to respond positively and quickly to complaints and achieve an effective outcome.

Should you wish to make a complaint to Birmingham and Solihull Training Hub, in the first instance we recommend that you contact the Training Hub Lead or Training Hub Deputy Lead/Clinical Lead;
